Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel 100% confident in every piece you get from Aero. If something doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, we’ve got your back. Here’s how returns and exchanges work 

 


Return Window

You can return or exchange any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your order.

 


What Makes an Item Eligible

To make sure we can accept your return or exchange:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must still be attached.

  • Sale items, discounted products, and accessories are final sale and can’t be returned.

 


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.

  • We’ll swap it out for you if the new size/color is in stock.

  • If it’s not available, you can choose another product of the same value or do a refund.

  • If the item you received has a manufacturing or factory defect, we’ll replace it with a new one at no additional cost — just contact us within the 7-day window and share a clear photo or video of the issue so we can verify it.

 


Returns & Store Credit.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your credit will be sent to you within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


How It Works

  1. DM our support team on the Instagram page within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, the item you’d like to return/exchange, and why.

  3. We’ll guide you through the next steps and share the return address.

  4. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your exchange or issue your store credit.

 


Please Note

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

  • Items returned in a worn, used, or damaged condition will not be accepted.

  • We’re not responsible for lost or untracked return packages — so please use a tracked service.

 


If we mess up: wrong item, damaged gear, or any mistake on our end — we’ll fix it ASAP at no extra cost.
